HB Rosé comes from vineyards planted on clay and limestone hillsides called "costières" bordering the Etang de Thau. This coastal lagoon is situated between the port of Sète and Cap d’Agde.
Gaja Promis
The nose has hints of spice along with pronounced red & black fruits. The tannins are juicy & persistent. The wines of the 2021 vintage have a classic, Bolgheri style; they are generous wines with powerful, round tannins & ripe, intense fruit.
J.Christopher Pinot Noir
The Basalte Pinot Noir is our bedrock bottling from the Willamette Valley. It is sourced from vineyards that have fairly thin volcanic clay topsoil over fractured basalt. This type of very rocky soil lends itself to muscular, firmly structured wines, with persistent length. The Basalte captures this expressive character of the soil, with deep red fruit and a fine tannic structure that maintains elegant style.
Donnhoff Tonschiefer Dry Slate Riesling
Suave and stony, this dry Riesling is a prime example of terroir in a bottle. Dönnhoff's masterful hand takes Riesling growing on selected patches of decomposing slate and transforms into exquisite juice; its striking clarity only adds to its complexity.

Join Distinguished Taste and Vinocopia for a blind, side-by-side tasting of amazing Japanese whisky.

We will be comparing Nikka and Shibui whisky in three rounds with a special pour to end the evening!

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a welcome cocktail before the challenge begins and you will get to take home your very own Riedel whisky glass.

This will be an exciting class and we only have three seats remaining!
