Fun week of events!

For starters, on Tuesday we’ve got our 2nd monthly Paint Night with local artist Sierra Dawson! This month, the piece will be an adorable November gnome. $30 entry, all paint supplies included; reserve your spot now! (Link in bio) 🎨

These are some FEISTY Little Cluckers!🔥🤬

These classic chicken sliders on our menu earned their name for that flavor of attitude they bring to the regular Little Cluckers recipe.

Two southern style, crispy, breaded chicken breast fillets dipped in Nashville hot sauce, with honey butter, lettuce, and pickle chips, on pretzel slider buns. 🤠

Everyone, cheers to Katie!

Katie is a beloved Beertender and manager here at the Stein. They’ve been with us for about a year and a half, after moving to Eugene from Tucson, Arizona.🍺🌵

Katie is a pro at their job and a fantastic team player. Just look at that double-pour technique!

Their current favorite brew in the cooler is the Thursday/Friday IPA from Coldfire.

“It’s the smoothest, perfect introduction to IPAs for someone who’s not used to a lot of hoppyness. It’s got great hop character, but it’s subtle enough to be easily drinkable and not burn your throat with bitterness.”🌱

Their favorite food on our menu?
“I do be rocking with the Hummus Plate! I like that we make our own hummus, and I especially like getting a side of the Feisty Clucker sauce to mix with the hummus.”

We call this spicy innovation the Katie special around here now!🔥

Katie, what’s the best thing about working at The Stein?

“The community. I’ve met most of my closest friends through working at The Stein [as coworkers]. But also, I’ve made really good connections and gotten to know people in the community since being here, from customers to brewery reps and brewers; it seems like everybody comes here.”❤️

Katie wants the world to know that they believe Shrek 2 is the best out of the Shrek series, and that a big reason for their move to Oregon was to live out a Twilight fantasy🐺

Hello Eugene and Bier Stein community.
Here at The Bier Stein, we are and have always been big fans of the Grateful Dead.

We are sad to say that bassist and founding member Phil Lesh has passed away today at the ripe old age of 84.

We appreciate and are inspired by all of his Deadication to music, and to the community! Phil and his family started the Unbroken Chain Foundation after he received a liver transplant in 1998 from a young organ donor named Cody. This foundation was dedicated to providing support and inspiration for individuals and communities where great need exists. Phil lived for another 26 years after that operation, and fulfilled his wish of playing music until the end.❤️

Tonight, we want to offer a place for Deadheads to gather, mourn, and celebrate Phil.

We will be donating a portion of our sales revenue over the weekend to our local non-profits: Music Education And Performing Artists Association, and Youth Music Project. Both are fantastic groups of artists, educators, and volunteers who work hard to give local children the opportunity to explore the arts and perform music.

We will also, of course, be playing Grateful Dead music all night.🎶
