The fabulous Bin events keep happening!

Last night the Aubergine Wine Club met Babtiste Grangeon, 3rd generation owner of Domaine de Crista in France's Rhone Valley. We paired Baptiste's beautiful Granache and Chateauneuf du Papes with Dave's salads and Larry's pizzas. Add the gorgeous weather and lovely people and we think we kind of knocked it out of the park!

Join our club and enjoy future evenings with us https://www.winebinec.com/tastings-events/wine-club/

And BIG THANKS to Tom and our friends at Fireside Stone & Patio for sharing their beautiful space with us.

Happy Sunday! If you are out and about today swing into the Bin to try some springtime deliciousness.

Hansen-Lauer 2021 Riesling Brut Sparkling, Germany, $23

Like a lightning bolt of citrus and green apple zipped into a perfectly tailored minerality suit. Bright acidity keeps it lively, while whispers of honeysuckle and a crisp, zesty finish make it dangerously easy to drink. Pop, fizz, repeat.

Solis Lumen 2024 Rosé, France, $13

This Grenache/Syrah rosé is Springtime in a glass. Juicy wild strawberries and watermelon flirt with a hint of citrus, while a crisp, dry finish keeps things refreshingly sophisticated.

Toscolo 2020 Chianti Classico, Italy, $19

Like a Tuscan road trip in a bottle—rustic, charming, and just the right amount of wild. Bright cherry and plum lead the charge, backed by earthy leather, a whisper of to***co, and a firm, food-loving finish. Pairs well with pasta, laughter, and bad Italian accents.

Hope to see you soon

Happy Sunday all! More deliciousness to get you into the Spring mindset today.

2023 Château Beauchêne Côtes du Rhône Grande Réserve Blanc, France, $16

This blend of Clairette, Grenache blanc, Roussanne, Marsanne, Bourboulenc is a wine that saunters into your glass like a sunbeam crashing a garden party. Its pale golden hue, adorned with glistening reflections, hints at the vivacious character within. On the nose, it's as if a bouquet of wildflowers decided to elope with a jar of honey, leaving subtle traces of fresh fruit in their wake. Take a sip, and your palate is greeted with a delicate dance of flavors, gracefully balanced with a refreshing zest. The finish lingers just long enough to remind you that life, much like this wine, is full of delightful surprises.

2023 Château Montaud Côtes de Provence Rosé, France, $15

This blend of Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, and Tibouren sashays into your glass like a sun-kissed ballerina pirouetting through a strawberry patch. Its delicate peach-orange blush hints at the playful symphony of flavors within. On the nose, it's as if a mischievous melon decided to elope with a basket of summer berries, leaving subtle traces of white flowers in their wake . Take a sip, and your palate is greeted with a crisp, refreshing embrace, as if a citrusy breeze whispered sweet nothings to a red currant. The finish is as satisfying as finding the last chilled bottle on a hot day—dry, invigorating, and leaving you yearning for an encore. Pair this versatile rosé with light salads, grilled fish, or simply enjoy it as a solo act under the sun.

2024 Alain de la Treille Pinot Noir, France, Loire Valley, $14

This Pinot Noir is a wine that tiptoes into your glass like a mischievous elf wearing ruby slippers. Its elegant ruby robe hints at the playful character within. On the nose, it's as if black cherries and pomegranates decided to throw a surprise party, inviting plums and a touch of earthiness to join the festivities. Take a sip, and your palate is greeted with a velvety embrace, where juicy strawberries lead a conga line of freshness, all while subtle hints of cedar and oyster mushrooms add depth to the dance floor. The finish is as satisfying as finding the last piece of chocolate in the box—smooth, lingering, and leaving you with a contented grin. Pair this delightful Pinot with grilled pork, charcuterie, or simply enjoy it solo as you ponder the mysteries of life.

Hope to see you soon.

Happy Saturday all!

Swing in today to try some really lovely wines to ease you into Spring.

2020 Le Terre di Stefano Massone Gavi Masera, Italy, $15

Like a sunbeam in a bottle, this Cortese is all about zippy lemon zest, crisp green apple, and a whisper of white flowers. Think of it as the love child of a mountain stream and an orchard. The minerality? Sharper than your mother-in-law’s wit. A perfect match for seafood, sunshine, and smugly knowing you picked the best bottle on the table.

2022 Taking Root Blanc de Cabernet, Republic of Moldova, $14

Proof that Cabernet isn’t just for brooding red lovers. This cheeky white flips the script with bursts of ripe peach, citrus zest, and a hint of tropical mischief. Silky yet refreshingly crisp, like a summer breeze through a vineyard. Pairs well with seafood, charcuterie, and blowing the minds of friends who think Cab only comes in one color.

2022 Bieler Père & Fils Bandol Rosé, Le Castellet, France, $14

This is not your average patio pink. This Mourvedre, Grenache, Cinsault blend is a serious rosé with a wild streak. Juicy peach, wild strawberry, and a whisper of Provençal herbs glide over a backbone of crisp minerality. Elegant yet rebellious, like a French Riviera sunset in a glass. Pairs perfectly with seafood, laughter, and pretending you live in a villa.

2022 D.O. Jumilla, Wrongo Dongo Monastrell, Spain, $13

Big, bold, and unapologetically juicy, this Monastrell is like a fistful of ripe blackberries and plums, dusted with smoky spice and a hint of leather. Silky tannins keep it smooth, but there’s just enough wild energy to make you wonder if you should’ve ordered a second bottle (spoiler: you should). Perfect for BBQ, late-night debates, and proving that “Wrongo Dongo” is actually so right.

Here until 8pm so stop by and say hi.

Last night we had the pleasure of tasting through very special Italian wines with our new friend Clemente .vineyard from his small family owned winery in Puglia, the heel of the Italian "boot".

The wines are delicious and we'll be getting a new supply of 3 of the beautiful reds this weekend: Cantalupi (mostly Negroamaro), Rifugio (100% Primitivo) and Nero (70% Negroamaro, 30% Cab Sav)

Take a look at all our upcoming classes you won't want to miss https://www.winebinec.com/tastings-events/

Jean-Christophe Mandard Touraine Brut, France, $21

This is a zippy little Chenin Blanc sparkler with crisp green apple, citrus zest, and a whisper of fresh baguette. Like a French picnic in a glass—elegant, lively, and just the right amount of mischief.

François Lurton 2023 Les Fumées Blanches Gris de Sauvignon Rosé, France, $18

Bright, breezy, and effortlessly cool—like a Provence postcard come to life. This rosé brings juicy wild strawberries, a splash of grapefruit, and a crisp, mineral finish that practically begs for a seaside sunset (or at least a good patio).

2018 Tushpa Haghtanak, Ararat Valley, Armenia, $21

Bold, brooding, and unapologetically Armenian. Dark cherries, blackberries, and a touch of spice, with tannins that mean business. Like a midnight toast in Yerevan—rich, intense, and full of stories.

Hope to see you soon!
