A little sugar and lemon puree makes……
A cider SHANDY!
Look for this refreshing limited cider release this May!
Look through our refractometer with us! This little tool helps us measure the sugar content, which helps us estimate what the abv of the juice could be.
It was a perfect day for our Wassail Gathering! Our procession was lead by our honorary 2025 Wassail King & Queen, Cody & Ester! We banged the pots and pans to ward off evil spirits, we blessed the trees with cider soaked bread, and watered it with cider, we sang, we played music, we made toasts and had a great time! Thanks everyone for a wonderful day!

A copy of Grandpa Jensen’s patent drawing from July 24, 1962, of the self erecting sprinkler head is on display for guests to see when they visit the tasting room, however we wanted to share a clip of the self leveling sprinkler in action! It has been 61 years since the original drawing was drafted, and it is still a staple feature of the wheel line!
