Golden Bee! Almost as good as finding a Pot of Gold.

Luck o' the Irish
1 part Irish whiskey
1 part Golden Bee from Ellensburg Distillery
1 part orange juice, freshly squeezed
1/4 part honey syrup (optional, to taste)
1-2 dashes Angostura bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.

We're very excited to be moving into Phase 2 here in the county, and looking forward to spending more time doing what we do best, creating local craft spirits, and sharing them with you! A sincere thank you to some local companies who have donated product for us to use to make hand sanitizer. Cheers to Iron Horse Brewery, Thrall & Dodge Winery, LLC and 14 Hands Winery! These great people have generously donated wine and beer, which we run through our still, to produce the high proof alcohol we need to make sanitizer. We couldn't do it without you!

Sending everyone a virtual Cheers! and thank you for checking in with us. We're taking a break from producing spirits & have switched over to Hand Sanitizer for the time being!
Our initial focus has been to provide sanitizer for essential services, now we are making it available for individuals as well.
We are busy producing and bottling & not really set up for getting it into your hands. So we are really happy to be working with a couple of wonderful local small businesses, Green Bow Farm & Whole Health Pharmacy - Ellensburg, WA who are carrying bottles of hand sanitizer in their stores. Thank you too to Andrea Paris Graphics & Media who responded to my last minute request for label help & quickly reworked our WildHorse Vodka label for our sanitizer bottles. Grateful to be part of this community.
