With Sadness we are announcing the CLOSING of our WEST location . Our Last Day will be Tomorrow 11/5....

BUT DON'T WORRY! East Location is still OPEN ..We Will be moving all of our inventory to the East Location 11426 Rojas DR. Unit A10.
We are sorry for The inconvenience to all those who got used to the west side, and hope you understand.

New Propper starter cans are in!

What an awesome "Lazy" way to get a yeast starter going before brew day... Yeast health is a very Important part of Quality Brew!
Not a bad way to go if you don't have the time to make starter wort at the correct gravity. We have them at both East and West Locations!

Also 8 Imperial Yeast pouches left at east location before we place the next order, get em while they last 50% Off!! ........ Imperial does Backs their Yeast 4 months past the Manufacture date, after that they recommend making a starter These are at the 4 month mark now but still good.

-and much more. great tool to hang up in your brewhouse!!

Imperial yeast Shipment has arrived COLD and EXTREMELY Fresh Mostly Lager strains but also a few others! over 200 billion cells in each pouch!
A44 Kveiking--blend of three Kveik strains that can produce an insane amount of pineapple, guava and other exotic tropical fruit aromas. The Kveiking blend thrives in hot fermentations.
Optimum fermenting temps here are 75-97...Yup!

A34 Julius-Limited Release seasonal strain.Esters of oranges, lemons, and apricots combine to create hop forward beer.

We were closed yesterday and this morning needing to verify with the city if it was ok to open.
Effective Today, we will continue to operate; however, in effort to minimize contact, We have put this and other
temporary policies into place to protect the health and safety of our customers, and employees during the COVID-19 outbreak.
all orders for supplies must be entered in, using our online store with curbside pick up service, or called in prior to arrival.

When you arrive, simply call the number at the shop, and we will bring your supplies to your Car.

We Have Enabled online ordering with an option for curbside pick up. No delivery at his time. *Please be patient* with the online store as it is not Complete.Every Item we have is there , and can be found with the search feature, though pictures are missing and category organization could use some work.Even though it is not 100% Ready, we felt it would be a good option for now.. H(o)ppy Friday Home Brewers!!
We will be brewing a 5 gallon all-grain batch tomorrow starting at 10am, Stop in as you please and check it out!! The brewing session will last about 4 hours, all are welcome to come and go as you please!
