We are deeply grateful for being voted as Member of the Month with the Edinburg Chamber of Commerce! Our main focus, since having started the business, has been connecting and giving back to our community in any way possible and we’ve had the opportunity to do just that with the !

December 1, 2023, one year ago today, our realtor called us and told us about a suite available in Edinburg, off of McColl & Trenton. We met him that afternoon and, although we didn’t have access inside, we stared through the windows and spoke loudly of our vision for over an hour. We left there knowing it was the perfect space for us, without even stepping foot inside of it.

After we left, we went to a liquor store down the street, admired their selection, and continued to brainstorm through it: what signs are required on the windows, how many fridges would we have, what the layout should be, what licenses we would need, would we have a back stock area, do we have the funds to do this, etc. and we walked away pensive, determined, and too excited for our own good.

1 year later, here we are, in THAT suite! Almost 8 months in business and we’re constantly learning, growing and struggling. We continue to have faith in ourselves and in our community. We continue to dream big and follow our “why”. And we continue to stay determined, positive, and hardworking, as we allow it to all work out! 🥂
