The event will launch Monday, March 11 at 9:00 a.m., and run six days, until Sunday, March 17 at 11:00 p.m.

When entrants sign up they will be able to choose up to five different items; winners will be selected in separate drawings for each product type. Once a winner has been selected for the opportunity to purchase an item, their remaining entries will be disqualified. In other words, an entrant cannot win the right to purchase more than one bottle.

Open to eligible Oregon residents only, those who win the opportunity to purchase will need to complete the transaction at any one of OLCC’s 286 liquor stores around the state.

🌟 Let's rally together for someone who brightens our workplace every day! Our amazing Samantha’s daughter Tasha Ann is facing unexpected challenges, and their family has launched a GoFundMe to support her during this difficult time. She's brought smiles to our customers and coworkers alike for almost a year now, and now it's our turn to show her and her family some love.

Tasha Ann is 17 years old was recently just diagnosed with Neuroblastoma cancer, a cancer that usually is known in younger children and is very rare for teens to have it is a harder cancer to treat and as of now if she has no complications she will need treatment for a year and a half.

Help us make a positive impact on her and her daughter’s lives as they navigate through this challenging situation. They are currently in Portland, and Samantha has been there this past week, she’ll most likely be there and out of work for the next month. Our staff will deeply miss her during this time, as she brings so much fun and joy to us daily.

PINA COLADA RUM CAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
1 box Duncan Hines Classic Golden Butter Cake mix (preferred mix) or Classic Yellow
1/4 C (4 oz.-1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
3 large eggs
8-oz. can crushed pineapple in juice, drained (reserve juice to make 1/4 cup)
1/4 C reserved juice of crushed pineapple
1/4 C Malibu Rum (or any light rum)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray Pam for baking into a bundt pan. Using an electric mixer, combine cake mix, butter, eggs, 1/4 C reserved juice and 1/4 C Rum, beat at low speed to combine. Beat at medium speed for two minutes. Fold in drained crushed pineapple. Pour batter in prepared pan Bake 33-36 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. While cake is baking, prepare glaze.

GLAZE:
1/2 C cream of coconut (Coco Lopez)
1/2 C Malibu rum
1/4 C confectioner’s sugar

Shake cream of coconut can well before measuring. Add cream of coconut to small saucepan and heat just until bubbles form. Remove from heat and stir in rum. Set aside. When cake is done baking, set on rack. Use a thin bamboo skewer to poke holes in cake. Pour half of glaze over warm cake, letting it soak in.

When cake is cool, turn onto serving plate. Whisk together remaining glaze with confectioner’s sugar until smooth and drizzle over top of cake.
(makes 1 bundt cake)
