Limit one per customer, but has no bearing on the hunt.

Calling all Bourbon Hunters!!!

Booze Clues Presents…

Looking for that special bottle on your list?
Once again-it’s time to make a bowl of Merry X-mas!
Times-a-coming to search your bourbon town.
So get ready for some boots on the ground.

When: 12/20 5:00 PM--->?
Where: Three cities!! Eagan, Burnsville, and South Saint Paul
What: Allocated Bourbon Claim Hunt

Rules and details:
-Starting on Friday, December 20th, at 5:00pm, Big Discount Liquor will release clues for claims on allocated bottles of bourbon.
-All claims will be hidden on public lands in cities of Eagan, Burnsville, and South St. Paul.
-Instructions will reside with the claim on how to make your purchase.
-There is NO FREE BOURBON, and you must pay for the bottle! The clue will specify which bottle it is for, and will have bottle pricing information.
-Claims are limited to one per hunter.
-This is a FREE event. Follow Big Discount Liquor-SSP, Big Discount Liquor-Eagan, Big Discount Liquor-Burnsville on Facebook. (Each page will only post the clues for that city.)

The Booze Clues hunt starts today!!

Big Discount Liquor in Burnsville

-Clue 1 will be available at the store when we open at 11am.
-Clues 2-7 clues will be available at store upon opening.
-Clue 8 is a Sunday as well, so it will be available only after 11pm.
-All clues will post at 12:00pm to: Big Discount Liquor-Burnsville page and boozeclues.hunt.tc
-Prize is $200, and $100 store credit. With allocated bourbon as a substitute for bourbon lovers!
-Hunt grounds are public places in Burnsville

You’ll come across the view of our dual trove.
Grab your paddle, then straight back, travel.
For off the path, leafy giants, you must tackle.

If you wish to sip the Crossings of Caribou:
First, you must think ‘What would a deer do?’
A large place to pack in a great adventure.
Zip to it! Find a patch of trees and enter!

In order to land one Elmer Tandy Lee-
You must see two names with the key.
Stay away from the south side of town.
Swing on in to search the green mound.

VAN WINKLE 12 YEAR
STATUS:CLAIMED!!!!
Gettin’ down the road can take a Winkle home,
And love of the game helps with the claim.
Does Willie reside here? He just might!
Although, there’s no Whiskey River in sight.

BLANTON ORIGINAL & BLANTON GOLD

If the Original still, still gives you a chill:
Search under the light of a night sky.
Near lake shores, this bottle may be yours.

Note: I will be monitoring closely Friday night. I have an engagement Saturday until about 3pm and might be a little late on some of the updates. I will be working at Eagan on Saturday night. Calling all bourbon hunters!!!

Booze Clues presents…

Roll out the Barrel (a not-so traditional bourbon hunt)

You will be looking for an item that allows you to claim one of the allocated bottles. Please refrain from looking unless you plan on purchasing them. I will post 5 clues Friday, July 26th at 5:00pm. Each clue will tell you which bottle(s) you are looking for and give hints on where to look. There is no registration for this event.

Roll out the Barrel event allocated bottles:
2-Old Rip Van Winkle 10 year 750ml ($109.99)
1-Van Winkle 12 year 750ml ($129.99)
1-Elmer T. Lee Single Barrel 750ml ($49.99)
1-Caribou Crossing 750ml ($61.99)
1-Blanton’s Original 750ml ($74.99)
1-Blanton’s Gold 750ml ($139.99)

Official Rules:
1. All claims will be hidden on public land within Eagan city limits.
3. Instructions to claim will reside with hide.
2. Limited to one claim per hunter.
3. Finders will have to purchase the bottle they claim.
4. Must be 21 years of age to purchase any items at Big Discount Liquor.
5. Will not be hidden within any body of water, on or near dangerous cliffs.
6. Will not be hidden higher than 5 feet off the ground.
7. Hunt terminates when all claims have been made. Updates will be posted on the Big Discount Liquor-Eagan page.

Calling all Bourbon Hunters!!

Big Discount Liquor-Burnsville is hosting an event for those interested in allocated bourbon. That’s right, get ready for a not-so traditional Bourbon Raffle! This event will be held on March 18th at 12:00pm.
Big Discount Liquor will post 4 clues. Each clue will help locate a claim for one of four allocated bourbon bottles. (Please note…this will only be a claim to make a purchase of one of the four.) Each clues will signify which claim resides at the park in question, along with the retail price of each bottle. The event will be held within Burnsville city limits. Tell your friends and fellow bourbon hunters!
