From the Blending Buddha of Barbados himself, Richard Seale, comes Foursquare Distillery's oldest rum to date. At a whopping 18 years old, Covenant is pure ex-bourbon aged Foursquare, blended from rums made on their double retort pot still and twin column still, bottled at full proof without any added coloring, flavoring, or sweetener. If you're a lover of Foursquare, then chances are you're already preparing your glass, but this is getting into the range where even the rum-uncurious may want to start paying attention.

At the heart of Bordiga's distillery (at the base of the mountains near Cuneo, Italy) sits a copper-pot still that has been working hard since 1888. Boriga keep this artifact in use by creating an aperitivo that balances the delightfulness of fresh orange wedges with the bitterness of rhubarb and grapefruit.
