It’s been just over a week since Hurricane Helene devastated so much of Western North Carolina. Our hearts are heavy and our thoughts are with everyone who was impacted. We, of course, knew we wanted to find a way to help.

Our friends at will be helping us facilitate deliveries to WNC and getting supplies to those impacted the most. Please feel free to drop off any of the following suggested items at our Durham location during our normal hours of operation before the end of business on Thursday:

Quick read: but if you are impatient or hungry, menu link in bio! Over the years, many of you have asked where our name came from and if it had anything to do with food. Initially, it did not—but since opening Durham store, it seems we have been on a collision course with destiny all along. We’ve  listened carefully to guest feedback about what makes a Wine Feed visit special, and watched our food program grow tremendously under Chef Halley. With that said... we have big news!

For those of you who have been away this summer, you may have missed some changes in Durham. Our team has been working hard to transition into a more full-service wine bar restaurant! There are additional tables, we’ve expanded the food menu, added amazing house-made desserts, and intend to open for weekend brunch service in the near future.  

In sticking to our roots, we will still offer one of the most exciting wine lists in the Triangle—and will continue to rotate it regularly so you don’t get bored. Our expertly curated retail selection of wines from around the world isn’t going anywhere, so you will still be able to shop bottles to enjoy at home. Ultimately, for our long-time supporters, we hope that everything feels comfortable and familiar. We’ve simply evolved into a place where we’d now love to be your stop FOR dinner, not just before or after :)

👋 Hi all!

Yesterday we sent an email announcing a service change for the beginning of 2021. We are dubbing it our “on-site service intermission”, and wanted to take a moment to explain! Effective this week, we are pausing our on-site glass and flight service on both patios until Spring. We are STILL OPEN for in-store retail, curbside pickup, and local delivery—so we look forward to getting you through the cold months with great wine! 🍷

We are also excited to continue offering virtual classes, private tasting events, and will be launching intimate, safely distanced demonstration cooking and wine pairing classes in our large venue space in Durham starting at the end of the month.

Lastly, as we DO live in NC and can have some super nice winter weather, keep your eyes on social media as we may announce a pop up patio service (or two)! For now, thanks for all of your support, kind words, and encouragement to keep going. We plan to serve both of our communities for a long time to come, so this is just a temporary adjustment. Stay safe and be well!
