The board of pharmacy introduced language in the recreational THC bill that would completely and immediately ban H**p derived HHC, THC-P, and THC-O

The bill will be voted on tomorrow, Saturday and most likely will pass unless we send these emails.

This is an urgent matter

HHC, THC-P, and TH-O edibles and v**es will be non-compliant.

All h**p v**es will be non-complaint no exceptions (Effective day after governor signs bill)

Beverages can contain only two servings, i.e. only 10 mg per can. (Effective day after governor signs bill)

WHY ARE WE STILL FIGHTING FOR OUR RIGHTS TO H**P PRODUCTS?!

Remember most revenue that comes from to***co and related products (sin tax) makes up 772 million of Minnesotas budget which pays for education, public safety, agriculture, etc.

Half of our shop’s products alone would be BANNED because of this bill. It will have a grave impact on our families, employees, and many other humans and companies we work with.

Popular products that would be banned include ALL flavors of Elf Bars, Newports, Marbro Menthol, ALL flavors of V**e juice , ALL flavors of Ho**ah To***co, ALL flavors of Blunt wraps!

Remember when you were a minor did any laws stop you from getting the products you wanted? NO! Adults want flavors! There are many other options to take to reduce or eliminate minor usage! We take selling to minors very seriously and do not condone the sale of any of our products to minors. As seen in Minneapolis or California where these bans have been implemented there is still heavy use in minors. This ban will do more harm then good.
