This Friday, June 17th, will be the last day our deli is open for orders. This is assuming we still have product left to sell. We will continue making cold sandwiches for our grab and go cooler with the product we have left. Thank you again for a great 30 years.

It is with both joy and regret, that we are announcing the closing of Fox Brook Variety at the end of June. We have sold the store after owning it for 30+ years. The new owners plan to tear it down and rebuild it better than we ever could. Over the past 30 years we have made so many friends, that it is much harder to leave than we thought it would be, but we are both ready to move on. We will be selling off all inventory as the closing date approaches and apologize for any inconveniences.

It is with a heavy heart tonight that I let you all know that our long time employee, and friend, Mark Marshall passed away today. He had been battling cancer as most of you know and finally succumbed to it. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Mark was one of a kind. He was the most stubborn person I had ever met. But if he cared about you then he would do anything for you. Loyal, honest, committed, dependable, stubborn. All words to describe Mark. Rest in peace Mark. You will be missed more than you can ever imagine.
