Detroit spring is unpredictable, but this week, everything falls into place. We’re celebrating the two beers we brewed for the city with two of our favorite annual traditions—back-to-back.

🍺 Thursday: 313 Day → $3.13 pours of 313 IPA, our hometown IPA.
🌞 Friday: Garage Door Day → First 60-degree day we’re open = Half of Detroit Import ($2.50 pours!).

Spring is finally here, and so are the beers to celebrate it. See you at EMBC.

Croboy Mulligan isn’t just a beer—it’s a tribute, a toast, and a tie to the past. And like any great Irish lager, it starts with the right ingredients, the right people, and the right story. The goal? A crisp, easy-drinking lager with depth—just like the Irish pub pints that inspired it.

🍺 Grain Bill: A blend of pilsner and specialty malts gives Croboy Mulligan its smooth backbone, with a touch of sweetness for balance.
🌿 Hop Additions: A light dose of noble hops adds just enough bitterness to keep it crisp, clean, and endlessly drinkable.
❄️ Lagering Process: Low and slow is the way to go. This beer was given plenty of time to develop its signature smoothness, finishing as a proper Irish lager should.

Brewing Croboy Mulligan together made it all the more meaningful—a celebration of heritage, resilience, and friendship. 🍻

Last year, we brewed Croboy Mulligan as a one-time tribute to a friend of the brewery’s Irish roots. But it meant too much to be a one-and-done. So this year, it’s back—our only St. Patrick’s Day beer, honoring the Irish American journey with every sip.

Croboy Mulligan gets its name from Croboy, a small town in Ireland, and the Mulligan family who once called it home. The label tells their story, featuring real letters exchanged as they immigrated in search of a better life—alongside an image of an abandoned cemetery in Croboy that was recently restored.

A toast to heritage, resilience, and damn good beer. 🇮🇪🍺 Now on draft and in cans.

P.S. We may also have a lemon lime green seltzer on the way called Leprechaun Tears, because… tradition.
