🍀✨ St. Paddy’s Cocktail Series: Rainbow Loops & Pots of Gold ✨🌈
🍹 Rainbow Loops Cocktail 🌈
Prep: Rim a coupe glass with vanilla frosting & crushed Froot Loops, then chill.
✨ 1.5 oz New Amsterdam Raspberry Vodka
✨ 0.5 oz Melon Liqueur
✨ 0.5 oz Triple Sec
✨ 0.5 oz Simple Syrup
✨ 0.25 oz Grenadine
✨ Egg white from one large egg (see notes below)
✨ High Noon Lemon (to top)
✨ Shimmery edible mica glitter
Instructions:
1️⃣ Shake everything except the egg white with ice for 25 sec.
2️⃣ Strain into another shaker (double strain if needed).
3️⃣ Add egg white & shake vigorously without ice for 15-20 sec.
4️⃣ Strain into the prepared glass.
5️⃣ Stir mica glitter into leftover foam & spoon on top.
6️⃣ Create a small hole in the foam & gently pour High Noon Lemon inside to make the foam rise above the rim! ✨
Pro tip: Want extra cloud-like foam? Shake extra egg whites with glitter using an immersion blender. Lecithin powder can also boost the foam!

✨ Brownie bites (store-bought or homemade)
✨ White chocolate (to line the brownie shot glasses)
✨ 1 part Jack Daniel’s Honey
✨ 1 part RumChata
✨ Gold edible glitter mica
Instructions:
1️⃣ Flip brownie bites upside down & press a hole in the center to form a shot glass.
2️⃣ Line the inside with melted white chocolate & chill to set.
3️⃣ Mix Jack Honey & RumChata in equal parts & pour into the brownie shots.
4️⃣ Top with gold glitter for the ultimate lucky treat! ✨

🥃 Ingredients:
Caramel sauce, for rimming the glass
1 tbsp cinnamon sugar
1 cup Little Man's Salted Caramel Cookie Ice Cream + extra scoop for topping 🍦
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
¼ tsp honey
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
Whipped cream, for garnish
Party Size (Serves 6):
🥃 Ingredients:
Caramel sauce, for rimming glasses
½ cup cinnamon sugar
8 cups Little Man's Salted Caramel Cookie Ice Cream + extra scoops for topping
16 oz Bulleit Bourbon
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tsp honey
1 tsp ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
Whipped cream, for garnish
✨ Instructions:
1️⃣ Rim glasses with caramel sauce and cinnamon sugar.
2️⃣ Blend ice cream, Bulleit Bourbon, vanilla, honey, and cinnamon until smooth. Work in batches if needed.
3️⃣ Pour into glasses and top each with an extra scoop of ice cream. Lightly mix it in for delicious cookie chunks in every sip!
4️⃣ Finish with whipped cream and a cinnamon sprinkle.
