Looking for a delicious summer cocktail? How about the Bourbon Peach Smash with Evan Williams?! Recipe 👇 .50 ounces simple syrup 1/2 peach, sliced 5 mint leaves 2 ounces Evan Williams bourbon ginger ale Fill cocktail glass with crushed ice. Pour simple syrup into shaker with peach slices. Muddle gently to slightly break down peach slices. Add in mint leaves and press down gently onto mint leaves. Add in ice and bourbon. Strain into glass with crushed ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with mint leaves.

Have you had the Foragers Gin from Mythology? Mythology crafts this lively spirit with botanicals harvested from the Denver Botanic Gardens. A true Garden To Bottle Gin. Keep reading for three specialty summer cocktails from Mythology! Pass The Pepper 2oz Foragers Gin 3/4oz Lime Juice 1/2oz Simple over ice Top with soda and black pepper Spicy Gin Gimlet: 1 1/2oz Foragers Gin 3/4oz Jalapeno Simple Syrup* 3/4oz Lime Juice Add ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, shake and pour into a glass. Top with soda water and garnish with a jalapeno slice. *Bring one cup of water to a simmer and mix in one cup of sugar. Remove the heat. Once sugar is dissolved, add chopped jalapenos and let steep. Strain once cool and use. Raspberry Gin Fizz 2oz Foragers Gin 3/4oz Lemon Juice 1/2oz Raspberry Simple Syrup* Add ingredients in a shaker tin with 1 egg white (1/2oz) and no ice. Dry shake, and then add ice and shake to chill. Strain into a glass and garnish with a raspberry. *Bring one cup of water to a simmer and mix in 3/4oz cup of sugar. Once sugar is dissolved, add chopped raspberries and let steep. Strain once cool and use.
