Today, in this 3 part release of Harridan Vodka’s paranormal reserve collection we introduce to you the scariest one yet! Upstate Wine & Spirits is proud to present the Annabelle bottle!

Annabelle- Harridan vodka paranormal reserve collection.

Harridan Vodka is a Brooklyn NY based vodka company.

A collection of 666 bottles, each rested in the occult museum in Monroe, Connecticut for thirty days, which holds the personal collection of Ed and Lorraine Warren. The museum is now closed to the public but was opened for this limited edition reserve.

Each bottle includes gloves for handling and protection, an authenticity card as well as a wooden case. The lid of this case functions as a Ouija board and a planchette is also included.

All spookiness aside, Harridan Vodka is made using organic New York State corn and is double distilled giving it a floral aroma and creamy mouth feel. Tasting notes include citrus and black pepper with a bit of toffee and caramel and a hint of vanilla on the finish.

Today our next limited edition release from the Harridan Vodka Paranormal Collection is the Crescent Hotel. These Harridan Vodka bottles rested for thirty days in the hotel. It comes in a unique wooden box designed to mimic the hotel’s nightstand drawer, exactly how it arrived. Inside you’ll find a hotel key, pen, and notepad, along with gloves for handling the bottle. On the back of the Harridan Vodka bottle you will find the handwritten batch number as well. Get yours today!

Crescent Hotel-

In 1886 the Crescent Hotel and Spa was established atop the Ozark Mountains in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. This hotel offered an exclusive retreat for affluent individuals to experience the healing springs.

The initial tragedy occurred during the construction of the building when a stonemason tragically lost his life. Shortly after the hotel’s opening, it encountered financial difficulties, and had to cease welcoming guests. Between 1903 and 1924, the building served as the location for the Crescent College and Conservatory for young women. During this time, a tragic incident occurred when a student fell from a window and lost her life. Following the closure of Crescent College, various attempts were made by different individuals to establish business within the building, all of which ended in failure.

The Crescent Hotel gained notoriety as one of the most haunted locations in the United States due to the actions of Norman Baker. In 1937, he acquired the property, and without any medical qualifications, attempted to establish a hospital and health spa for cancer patients—exclusively accepting those without close relatives. Baker promised that if they were cured within six weeks, they would not need to pay. Instead of providing legitimate treatment, he subjected these patients to cruel experimental “therapies”. He then isolated them in a section referred to as the psychiatric ward. Numerous authorities and physicians tried to halt his activities, however their efforts fruitless until he was finally arrested and sentenced to four years in prison for mail fraud.

In 1997, a couple acquired the property and devoted six years to its restoration, with the goal of re-opening it to the public. They fully embraced the hotel’s haunted reputation, and to this day, it remains a popular tourist attraction.

The Harridan Vodka Bottles rested for thirty days at the hotel, arriving in a wooden box designed to mimic the hotel’s nightstand drawer.
