Signed, sealed, and delivered! The winning Wonderland Card turned out to be a card completely stamped at the Deer Island Store. So, we thought it would be fun to do the check-hand off with Drew there! When we asked what his plans are for the $1500, he mentioned he'd like to use a part of it for a date with his wife and the rest be tucked away for their family farm.

And after being outside and seeing how icy it’s getting, we’re changing tomorrow’s hours. Yikes! Opening at 10am instead of 8. Also, we’ll be closing early tonight (probably 7-ish) to get everyone home safely.

We opened at 10 am today and for the safety of our employees our closing time will depend on the conditions of the roads later today. We will have limited food in our hot case, but the coffee is hot and we will be serving up biscuits and gravy all day. It is recommended that if you want hot food from our warmer please call the store before your arrival to have it prepared for you. 503-397-6862. Please be careful driving and walking in our parking lot. We've put the deicer down, but it can still be slick! Also, please remember that due to the weather we are short staffed. We have an amazing crew that are doing their best to serve this wonderful community. Be safe everyone!
