Apple Cider Spritz
-2 oz apple cider
-1 oz Aperol
-3 oz Prosecco
-1 oz Soda water
-1 apple slice (garnish)
-Add first two ingredients to a wine or champagne glass, then add prosecco
-Garnish with an apple slice

Cinnamon Maple Whiskey Sour
-1.5 oz bourbon or rye
-1 oz lemon juice
-2-4 tsp maple syrup (to taste)
-Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
-Shake with ice, strain into an ice-filled rocks glass
-Add pinch of cinnamon

The Fall Dark & Stormy
-2 oz apple cider
-2 oz bourbon or rye
-.5 oz lemon juice
-2 oz ginger beer
-Shake first three ingredients with ice
-Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass & top with ginger beer
-Garnish with apple slice or cinnamon stick

Pomegranate Moscow Mule
-3 oz unsweetened pomegranate juice
-2 oz vodka
-.75 oz orange juice
-.75 oz lime juice
-3 oz ginger beer
-Shake first four ingredients with ice
-Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass & top with ginger beer
-Garnish with pomegranate seeds & mint or rosemary
