Nashoba Wines is a bottling house, tasting bar, and lounge located in downtown Davis, CA. We proudly offer a variety of locally sourced wines, including unique, rare, and traditional varietals. Our wine ranges from light and crispy white wines, to dark, medium and full-bodied reds, as well as rosés and fresh house-made sangria. We serve only the finest and freshest wines that are ava

ilable. Our revolving wine list changes periodically depending on the availability of only the top-quality wines from our area, seasonal freshness, and uniqueness of varietals. Our commitment to supporting local, northern California winemakers allows us to provide our community tastes of northern coastal wines, which thrive in the cool sea air climate, as well as hot and dry climates similar to the mediterranean region. Our customers are welcome to sample our wines, and enjoy them by the glass or bottle. The Nashoba Wine label is an acknowledgement to the Chickasaw Nation. The Cork It Again name comes from our desire to reduce the environmental footprint by reusing and recycling our wine bottles. If you purchase one of our bottles and bring it back, we will offer you $1 off your next bottle. This allows our customers to reduce waste and pay less for their next bottle of wine. Our wine tasting bar has a casual urban winery vibe. No appointment is necessary, however reservations are encouraged, especially when coming from out of town or with large groups. Our hours are Sun. 11am-5pm, and Wed.-Sat. 1pm-8pm. Tastings are available until 6:30pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and until 3:30pm on Sunday. Glasses and bottles (to take home) are still available for purchase at that time. We are located on the corner of 4th and G Street in Downtown Davis. We are just about 22-25 minutes from Sacramento. Our last December release is a uniquely sweet white wine, to pair with some delicious treats this holiday season!

🍷Muscat Canelli, 2023

This sweet white wine is lightly tropical with scents of tangerine zest and honeysuckle. Flavors of ripe pear, persimmon and golden raisin combine with bright acidity and a dry finish.

🥂Blanc de Blanc, 2022

This bottle-fermented Blanc de Blanc is crisp and clean with aromas of white flowers and brioche. On the palate the wine is off-dry with a hint of sweetness, mild acidity, and a creamy mouthfeel. It includes flavors of pear, white nectarine and honeysuckle.

Happy December wine release! Introducing our first wine in this new line-up — a limited release rosé🌷✨

🍷Rosé of Touriga Nacional, 2024

This small batch rosé is bright and fresh with melon and mineral on the nose. Flavors of pink guava, apricot and starfruit are represented with a light tart finish.

We’ve been loving seeing all the enthusiasm about this rosé in just this first week!

Lastly, introducing our newest red — a volcanic cab🌋

🍷Cabernet Sauvignon, 2022

This medium-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon was grown on volcanic soil giving it mild, soft tannins and a silky mouthfeel. It exhibits flavors of boysenberries and currants, with hints of sage and eucalyptus.

As you all know, we love nothing more than curating a selection of unique and interesting reds, and we feel this one adds something truly special. Come on by and have a taste!

Now introducing the first wine in our September line up!

🍷Sauvignon Blanc, 2021

A rustic white - this Sauvignon Blanc has a solid mouthfeel with scents of fresh cut grass and citrus blossom. Flavors on display include pear, honeydew, yellow apple, and lemon with toasty oak on the finish.

A perfect wine for the still-warm temperatures while we ease our way into the fall season. Cheers!

🍾 Hello Davis Community and Fellow Wine Enthusiasts!

I am Lily Jones and I have been working at Nashoba Wines for the past five years. I have been coordinating the wine bar’s social media and online presence since January 2020 and you will often see me working behind the bar or serving at community events. I also send you those quarterly emails about what new wine releases are in your Wine Club pick up!

👩🏻‍🎓I wanted to share with you that I have graduated with my PhD in Spanish linguistics from UC Davis and will be moving away from Davis to take on a position as Assistant Professor of Spanish at UC Irvine. At the end of June I will be completing my work at Nashoba Wines.

Your new Nashoba Wines social media coordinator will be our very own, Petra Silverman! You may be familiar with Petra’s beautiful artwork that is in the wine bar, including the wine menu. And, chances are that you have also met her, as her lovely, smiling face is often enjoying in conversation or sometimes painting at the bar. You are in good hands with Petra and her continuity of social media service will ensure you are kept up-to-date on all the wine bar offerings, events, hours, etc.

I am so excited about the new energy, ideas, and contributions that Petra will make to the social media presence of Nashoba Wines!

Working with Joseph, Lisha, Petra, Taylor, and Cami has been an incredible experience! I have learned a lot about wine, small business, and the amazing Davis community! I have gotten to explore gorgeous local wineries and sip wine high up in the mountains in Napa and in lovely Lodi. I have met so many amazing people through working at Nashoba Wines. And, I have loved seeing so many local faces frequently and meeting new folks all the time. Getting to know the town and surrounding community through conversation and a shared interest of fine wine has been truly special and an experience that has really shaped who I am today.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to be a part of your community and to learn from and with each other about all the local fantastic wine that Northern California has to offer.

This rich Zinfandel has a silky mouthfeel with aromas of crushed red berries and toasted oak. Flavors include red plum, raspberry, red licorice whip, vanilla, cola, and caramel. • Lodi Appellation

70% Chenin Blanc | 30% Viognier

This white blend is soft and delicate with jasmine and citrus on the nose. On the palate there are flavors of yellow apple, white nectarine, melon, and honey giving a hint of sweetness. • Lodi Appellation

Because of this variety we have something for all palettes, including bright whites, medium and full bodied reds, as well as fresh sangria made weekly. Our customers are welcome to taste wines, enjoy a glass, and also purchase by the bottle.
