Every Wednesday we are excited to showcase a new wine for you. Today we are going with the Australian MWC Cabernet Sauvignon. Rich, intense cherries and dark fruit with smooth tannins and a touch of oak. The weather feels great in Texas for a robust, juicy red wine and steak.

Tonight's pick is the 2019 Bonny Doon Vin de Cigare Rosé. A Greneche-Mourvedre blend from Santa Cruz, California. A beautiful, easy drinking rosé full of red fruits, vanilla, and spice. Perfect for a chicken dinner or just enjoying this Dallas weather on the patio.

Don't forget to stop by tonight for our WINE WEDNESDAY! Sampling this beautiful rosé from Provence, St. Tropez to be exact.

Rosé seems to be a wine that is preferred by certain demographics and drank in particular seasons of the year. Donae Burston, founder of La Fete du Rosé, is looking to crush this stereotype and bringing a quality wine to the market for all genders and races to be enjoyed throughout the year. It's classic French style uses 80% Grenache, 14% Mourvèdre, and 6% Syrah grapes. Crisp, medium-bodied, and a long finish

We had to test drive this wine...conclusion: It works!

Our Paladin Pinot Grigio has had extended skin-contact maceration that gives this wine it's beautiful hazy salmon hue. It's savoriness and depth of flavor paired perfect with fried fish and all those creamy sides.

A favorite value-wine here at the shop. Don't forget to stop by and grab a few bottles on the way to your gatherings this weekend!

The 2020 Umathum Rosa Rosé is a serious rosé from Austria's three main varieties Blaufränkisch, Sankt Laurent, and Zweigelt. These grapes grow on gravel and shist soils about an hour south of Vienna in Frauenkirchen and Jois on Vines that are up to 43 years old.

Manuel harvest in September and October is followed by a cold soak and a bleed-off of the juice that's fermented and then aged in steel tanks.

The Rosa is an ideal aperitif wine but also goes well with salad, fish and seafood, or with cheese. On of the top-selling rosés here at Biagio!

What a top shelf Tequila we have for you today.

From the Tequila Tres Mujeres Distillery in Amatitan, Dos Artes is a small-batch line of Tequila. Their beautiful bottles are hand fabricated in Mexico and bottle some of the most classic tequila flavors ever.

The blanco shows unique flavors of bubblegum, vanilla, and sweet fruits. Distilled multiple times for o really smoothness and big mouth feel.

The blanco is then aged and turns to their beautiful reposado. Hints of oak and vanilla with cooked agave coat the palate with a lasting finish.

The anejo, after aging 3 years, takes on a rich caramel, vanilla, and toffee profile. Wouldn't make a cocktail with this baby. The bold flavor is perfect on its own or adding a small cube of ice.

A 5 year aging in white American barrels and new French oak barrels, the Extra anejo deepens in flavor and body while giving a lasting caramel, toasted nutty richness that will last almost too long.
