Böen wines are round, opulent and supple focusing on making wines that best represent the region in which the grape are grown🍇.
▪️Pinot Noir Russian: Russian River Valley, the result is a longer growing season which allows Pinot Noir to develop full flavors while retaining its natural acidity. Full bodied wine🍷, layered in rich dark cherry, pomegranate and dark chocolate. Bold and robust with velvety texture, fresh and mild acidity.
▪️Chardonnay: Blend of grapes from various regions (Sonoma County, Monterey County and Santa Barbara County) to showcase a wine that is rich in flavor, bright, well balanced, nice acidity, and vibrant minerality🥂. Nectarine and mango complemented by notes of lemon custard and toasted almonds.
▪️Pinot Noir: Draws its profile from a varied coastal wine growing areas. A rich and smooth wine with flavors of dark cherry🍒, blackberry, baking spice, and dried fig. This medium bodied wine is well balanced with a smooth and vibrant finish.
