If you’ve been to DryOak, chances are you’ve been greeted with Carol’s sweet smile and kind energy. She was the second ever to join our crew, and we’ve been better for it ever since.

Here’s a little more about her,

Her Go-To DryOak Drink:
“The Tru Energy Mango! I love sipping it in the morning or early afternoon when I’m getting started with work.”

What Inspired Her to Join the DryOak:
“Growing up with parents who struggled with addiction, I’ve seen how hard that is. It made me want to choose a healthier path and help others who’ve been through similar things.”

Off the Clock:
“Spending time with my family and friends or going to workout classes with my friends.”

Her Daily Ritual for Peace:
“An evening walk. It helps me clear my head and reset.”

Carol is headed off to UL this August (go Ragin’ Cajuns!), but don’t worry she’ll be back during school breaks, and we’re already counting down!
