2 oz Tequila
2 oz Pineapple Juice
Splash of Cream of Coconut or Pina Colada mix
Combine in a shaker with ice. Mix it up and strain into a shooter. Rimmer optional...

Spiced Blood Orange Sour
1 1/2 oz S A Straight Bourbon
3/4 oz Fresh Blood Orange Juice (fresh orange juice works too)
1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
Splash of Maple Syrup
Pinch of Cinnamon
Combine all in a shaker with ice. Mix it up and strain into a glass with crushed ice.
