Did you know that we have breakfast ready weekdays at 4am? Yes! Breakfast biscuits and english muffins-egg, cheese and sausage or bacon or both! Breakfast chimis stuffed with scrambled eggs, cheese, country gravy, bacon or sausage or both! We also have a chorizo chimi with salsa instead of gravy. Speaking of gravy! For a little extra $ we will put gravy on those breakfast sandwiches! If you are awake at that time of day, come see what we have in the hotcase! The coffee will be ready!

I was negligent in posting this yesterday. I blame it on being overwhelmed that THIS GUY IS 18!! Hard to believe that Steve and I welcomed this bonnie wee bairn into this world that many years ago! He has managed in spite of that to become a gracious, kind, compassionate, gifted man. We are honored and blessed to have shared his upbringing with most of you.

Cooper's quarterly special is the REEL DEAL!

The Pangasius, a fresh water catfish from Asia, produces a mild clean tasting fillet. We hand dredge it in a cornmeal breading and then it goes in the till it is crispy! It goes on a soft brioche bun with a couple of Champ's homestyle pickle rounds. With a tarter sauce cup on the side if you like. Or one of Cooper's signature sauces. OR one our own homemade buttermilk ranch dressing! How about a side of handcut jo-jos?
