Together with our good friend, and arguably the finest chef in Coral Springs, Keith at Cook & the Cork we’re pairing with Sojourn’s wines. The winemaker Randy Bennett will be joining us there in person, too. Last course will be either 10 or 20 year aged Fladgate Port.
