This sale has a lot of household, tools, and home improvement items. Much more than what is listed and pictured - I didn’t get it all pictured! Everything is for sale in the house, garage, shop, and outside. Livingroom – Sofa, recliner, display cabinets, chairs, tables, TV, home décor (brass to glassware), lamps, accordion & music. Kitchen – Dining room table, dishes, cast iron, bakeware, small appliances, refrigerators, freezer, silver plated silverware. Bedroom - Dressers, end tables, queen bed, two mattresses (for a king or two smaller beds), sofa bench, desks, women’s dress and casual clothes, some men’s clothes, linens (sheets, blankets, towels, tablecloths, napkins), oil lamps. Office - Books, crafting supplies, printers, file cabinets, magazines, music sheets. THE PARKING – There are about 20 parking spots at the house, also parking on the road before the house. There will be sign for other places to park.
First few hours may be limited entry.
NO Animals, food, or drinks.
NO Presales or Pricing shared. All sales are final and sold as is.
Everything priced to sell with most items ½ price Sunday – all must go!
Bring your own bags, boxes, and help to load. We won’t have anyone available to load.
