LABERINTO CENIZAS - SAUVIGNON BLANC
This Sauvignon Blanc from the Maule Valley in Chile is produced by winemaker Rafael Tirado from estate-grown vines planted in 1993. It has a bright and fruity profile with notes of guava, passion fruit, and lemon, balanced by a distinct minerality due to the volcanic ash in the vineyard. Fermented in stainless steel,
it is crisp and refreshing with a sustained finish.

CALA BIANCO TERRE SICILIANE
From Italy - 100% Catarratto spends only five days on the grape skins, making
this “Orange Wine” a perfect choice for those dipping their toes in this exciting category for the first time. Peach, citrus rinds and dried flowers on the nose
extend into a long salty finish.

ZORZAL TERROIR UNICO - MALBEC
This Malbec comes from Gualtallary, Tupungato in Argentina’s Uco Valley, a
high-altitude region known for producing fresh, mineral-driven wines. It has a deep red color, with pronounced chalky and mineral notes due to the calcareous soils. On the palate, it offers bright acidity, great volume, and structured tannins, making it a well-balanced and fresh Malbec.

7.1% ABV New England IPA brewed with Citra, BRU-1, and Enigma hops. It offers tropical fruit flavors like pineapple, papaya, plum, cantaloupe, and mango, with a hazy and juicy profile

This Sicilian rosé is a fresh and vibrant blend, primarily featuring Nero d’Avola and Syrah. It presents delicate floral notes of hibiscus and dog rose, alongside hints of wild strawberries, blackberries, and melon. The palate is lively, with a refreshing acidity reminiscent of meringue and peach flesh. Tasting notes: Crisp and refreshing, with a medium-bodied texture and a hint of minerality. Expect bright citrus, dried oranges, and mild spices.

UNION SACRE 40 DAYS CENTRAL COAST 2023
This wine is a white blend from California’s Central Coast. It consists of 40% Gewürztraminer, 30% Pinot Blanc, 20% Pinot Gris, and 10% Sylvaner,
with an ABV of 12.3%. Aromas: Melon rind, citrus peel, green plum. Flavors: Cantaloupe, tangerine. Mouthfeel: Bright acidity, lively texture

DOMAINE DUPRE BOURGOGNE PINOT NOIR
A classic red Burgundy with a light and perfumed profile. It showcases bright red fruit notes such as cherry and raspberry, with hints of earth and subtle spice. This Pinot Noir has medium acidity and low tannins, making it an elegant and approachable wine.

BARREL AGED FARMHOUSE ALE
From Oxbow Brewing in Maine, this age is a mixed-fermentation. Saison aged for a year in American and French oak barrels, then blended with De Chaunac grape juice. This results in a farmhouse ale with a tart, wine-like character.

TXAKOLINA - A CRISP & REFRESHING GEM FROM SPAIN
Mokoroa Getariako Txakolina is a refreshing white wine from Spain’s Basque Country, made primarily from the Hondarrabi Zuri grape, with a small percentage of Chardonnay. It has a crisp, lively character with high acidity, a touch of salinity, and notable minerality, reflecting the coastal influence of its vineyards. Aromas of white peach, green apple, citrus, and white flowers. Light effervescence (as is typical for Txakoli wines), adding to its crisp and refreshing mouthfeel.

NOAH RIVER - A BOLD CABERNET SAUVIGNON
This wine has a dark ruby color with a complex nose featuring brambly blackberry, rhubarb pie, plum, orange peel, and marjoram. It offers secondary notes of ripe red berry, savory elements, and a hint of cigar box. The palate is medium to full-bodied with flavors of cassis, red raspberry, and plum, leading to a long finish with bright red fruits, lingering plum, and a touch of tobacco​.

DIBON CAVA BRUT ROSADO - This Spanish sparkling Cava Rose wine has a gentle fragrance with aromatics of fruits like raspberry and blackcurrant. It is very full in the mouth with a splendid bubbly sensation that fills the whole palate as well as bright, lively flavors of fresh strawberry and blackcurrant in the mouth.

CARREL & SENGER, JONGIEUX BLANC - Lovely fruit notes of citrus and pear on the palate meet a bright, juicy acidity and an incredibly mineral finish- like drinking cool water from a stony stream.
