Introducing Michael! Just 4 months into his time on Team Town Pump, Michael is making an impact. As a clerk at the newest Town Pump store his helpful, upbeat, and dependable reputation is already getting accolades!

Michael works at our Bozeman 9 location, which has only been open for 65 days (but who's counting?) and Michael's reputation precedes him.

Looks like Michael is making big waves by making customers' days! And in his spare time, he manages to fit in a little bit of 🎸 guitar and 🕹️ video gaming time too.

Food Bank Campaign • Year 23 • Week 6!

During Week 6 our locations collected $41,665 and the 6-week cumulative total reached $305,112. We're at 68% of our goal and we have 16 days left (including today) to collect donations to feed our fellow Montanans who struggle with food insecurity.

Meet Kaden! From stocking coolers as a teen to now managing the entire deli, he has truly grown with us. Kaden's been on Team Town Pump for a whopping 9 years! We're so glad to have him slinging sandwiches and smiles 🥪😄 for our customers at Helena 5 at Custer & Washington.

When Kaden isn't in the deli crafting culinary masterpieces, you can find him engaged in a plethora of extracurriculars including 🍳 cooking up a storm at home, 🎱sinking the 8 ball, 🏕️sleeping under the stars, 🐟 reeling in the catch of the day, or 🎮 tackling the next level in the latest game in his library.

Week 5 collections totaled $46,174, and the 5-week cumulative total is $263,446.58, which means that we can't slow down now, Town Pump fam! Over this 61-day campaign, we need to raise about $7,400 each day on average. Say hello to Tasha, bookkeeping superstar 🌟 at Missoula 3!

Tasha’s quick wit and friendly smile have made her a beloved member of the team in just one short year. When she's not crunching numbers or tracking down a cent here & there🧾, you might find her bonding with her boys, whipping up delicious meals, getting crafty, or being sportsy! 🏐🎾🏈🏀

Store Manager Jenny nominated Tasha for the spotlight and gushed so much about Tasha's many strengths that we couldn't even fit it all on the graphic. Jenny also said, "She took over our hiring table and been featured in the Recruiting and Retention piece for how amazing she does. She is a huge blessing to this location and I couldn't be happier to have her as one of our own!"

There are some people whose reputation for hustle precedes them, and Cheryl is definitely one such person. When word of her impending recognition under the spotlight got out to c-store operations, excitement rippled through the team. (More about that later....)

First, we need to tell you about this absolute dynamo pictured here. Cheryl's been a Town Pump rockstar for 26 years and she keeps busy handling the grocery merchandising at our Bonner store — until recently the largest Town Pump in the state. It's no small task and she takes it on with enthusiasm and smiles. She's also favorite hooman to her beloved puppers, and we're sure the feeling is mutual. Cheryl is a dog person to the core! 🐾

Cheryl was nominated by Katie, the District Manager who supports the Bonner location. It's bittersweet, because Katie let us know that Cheryl will be retiring at the end of this year after reaching her 27th Town-Pump-iversary. We sincerely hope she will be able to fully enjoy her retirement and meet SO many dogs she won't even be able to fathom it. 💙🧡

And now back to c-store operations, where Michelle Arthur, who also served as District Manager covering the Bonner location in the past, gushed about Cheryl: "She was part of my A Team and a great resource for me when I was out there, and she has been one of my go-to people since I have been in the office. Good lady and good for her! I hope she shared her secrets and years of knowledge with her replacement, Tyler. She will be missed!" That just about sums it up, right?

When students leave school for the weekend, the last thing they should have to worry about is having enough food to eat over the weekend. Research has shown that 1 in 6 Montana children live in homes that struggle to put food on the table.

Last week, the Town Pump Charitable Foundation’s MEALS FOR BACKPACKS program announced their 2024 grants to 91 organizations serving communities across Montana. These grants totaling $725,000 have been awarded to schools, food banks, food pantries, and other community organizations that provide weekend meal programs to Montana students.
