DOO DAH PARADE 2024 – SPECIAL EVENT STREET CLOSURES
41st Annual Doo Dah Parade! Thursday, July 4th, 2024. Line-up at noon.
PARADE ROUTE* STREET CLOSURES:
July 4th | from Noon - 3:00 p.m. (Police Rolling Closures)
*Parade Route: From Park St, West on Buttles Ave, South on Dennison, West on Collins, North on Neil Ave, East on Second Ave, South on High St, ending at Russell. Cars go through. walkers go right.
*Parade Line-up: Park Street (Buttles Ave to Goodale St), heading north from Goodale St.
July 3rd from 6:00 p.m. thru July 4th at 10:00 p.m. - PARK STREET CLOSED
DOO DAH MUSIC PARTY In Goodale Park at the Gazebo - Park Street (Buttles to E. Lincoln)
Free Live Music 11:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. on July 4th. Food & Beer Vendors too!
Residents of Victorian Gate will be allowed through for residential parking.
NO PARKING - PARKING ZONES
NO PARKING ON PARADE ROUTE | July 4th from 11 a.m. to July 4th at 3:00 p.m.
No Parking in Zoned or non-Zoned areas of the parade route streets:

· Russell Street (High St to Park St)
· Pearl Alley – (Lincoln to Bollinger)

· Buttles Ave (Park St to Dennison)
· Denison Ave (Buttles to Collins)
· Collins (Dennison to Neil)
· Neil Av (Collins to 2nd Ave)
· 2nd Ave (Neil to High)

2-WAY TRAFFIC ON ONE-WAY STREET!
Russell Street Becomes 2-Ways! (High and Park Street)
Parking Garage to remain open. (traffic flow will change with the police rolling closures)
Of course, if the City worker has a work emergency or traffic issue, times of bagging and unbagging could alter without public notification.
We are all doing our very best to make this an enjoyable event for all, with the least amount of inconvenience for anyone.
CLEAN-UP ON AISLE 4
Clean-up crews will make their rounds along the parade route. Please do not expect all trash to be picked up 5 minutes after the parade. If you see some trash that is driving you crazy and you can’t wait for us, feel free to bend over and pick it up and throw it away. Thank you.
