OESO is a mingling component in Four Roses Bourbon at five to six years of age and Four Roses Small Batch at six to seven years old. OESO makes up 15 percent of our Small Batch, and its contribution of rich fruit helps define the balanced flavor Four Roses Small Batch is celebrated for.

One of three new single barrels, this bottle's rich red fruits bring a vibrant sweetness, while delicate oak and smooth vanilla add depth. A hint of brown sugar enhances the richness, producing a soft, long-lasting finish. It's a bourbon crafted for those who appreciate a complex addition to elevate bourbon-forward cocktails or those who enjoy their bourbon neat or on the rocks.

100 Proof / Aged 7 - 9 years

OESK:
Made from our lower rye mashbill and spicy yeast strain, OESK creates a balanced, mellow and rich Bourbon. With less rye spice than the higher-rye B mashbill, the E mashbill allows the subtle baking spice flavors of the K yeast strain to be more apparent.

With its elegant and mellow character, OESK is one of our most versatile recipes. Its spice blends well with the fruit, floral, or herbal tones of the other yeast strains, adding complexity and balance to the Bourbon. Because of this, we use it as one of the recipes to handcraft Four Roses Bourbon, Small Batch and Small Batch Select.

OBSF:
One of three new single barrels, OBSF has lush notes of apple, vanilla, and cocoa greeting the palate with a luxurious richness, while a bright touch of rye and a hint of brown sugar balance things out. The result is a bourbon with a lasting, full-bodied flavor that seamlessly marries sweetness with mellow spice to elevate all favorite bourbon-forward cocktails; however, this recipe is also enjoyed neat or on the rocks.
