And that’s a wrap & the end of an era….
I wanted to just personally THANK YOU…thank you to the Colton community & all our wonderful patrons.
Thank you for loving Bob. On the good days, the bad days, through snow & rain and over the years. He gave 49 years to this “little station that could” ….and he loved this place, his customers & this community !
Thank you for bringing your cars, trucks, school buses & fire trucks-in & Letting Bob shine with his self taught mechanic talent & his keen ear for as he would say making them “purr like a kitten”
Thank you for the continued check ins of how we were holding up, cutting my
moms fire wood that first winter & always making sure we were doing ok.
This little station was thriving and it was all because of you & this wonderful community. I’ve never seen a community support their own as much as you all do!💚💛
Thank you for all the memories & stories you shared with Drake & I. There wasn’t a day that went by that we didn’t get to hear a treasured story. Some made us laugh & some let us see another side of him. These stories brought us comfort and we will be forever grateful. They will be cherished & held tight in our hearts forever!
It truly is amazing to see & to know….that still after a few years he is so missed & that a person can impact so many with a simple smile & genuine care about a persons day. Bob was truly one of a kind & I wish he could of known how much he impacted so many of you.
💙🧡
Thank you for paying a little extra at the pumps. You could of drove a little further into town to saved a few cents. But you didn’t …and that meant a lot. Bob raised 3 girls with this station and you made that happen with loyalty of stopping in and I’m grateful for that.
And all though this may be the end of an era…. it’s also a NEW beginning for the little station that could!!
I hope you will open your arms & welcome the new owners….because Bob would of wanted you too & you all are good people. His people.
Drake & I believe that Bob’s legacy will live on……In the hearts of all the Colton community and we find peace in that.
From a smile….
a memory you keep…
a rainbow in the sky….
to a 76 sign in your review mirror…
he is there.
And as I drive away, tears rolling down my cheeks tonight …
I know it’s not good bye….
it’s just a “see you later.”
So many of you have welcome Drake, Boujee & I into your community & into your hearts.
We are proud to be a part of Colton & the part we played these last few years.💚💛
So until we see you again…
May your beer be cold, your ci******es be stocked and the gas prices just a tad bit cheaper than Meadowbrook 🤣
Thank you……truly thank you from the bottom of our hearts . Drake & I will never forget the opportunity we had to serve you & become your friend.
Love you all
Christina, Drake & Boujee 🤘🧡💙
