*BAVETTE: Bavette steak, also known as flap steak, comes from the sirloin area near the cow's lower belly. Like a flank steak, but better!
*COULOTTE: boneless cut of beef from the top of the sirloin, also known as the top sirloin cap.
*BACON (whaaat, bacon, really?? YES!) Beautifully cured, you could do a bourbon/maple glaze on this bacon and be transported to heaven. All sliced and ready to go!

This distinctly Chicago cult favorite gets a bold rich upgrade thanks to additional aging in select Eagle Rare 10 year American oak barrels.
2021 Fourteen Stout
This bottle of delicious happiness uses the owner’s base recipe from the 2014 Chicago only release. Special new twist....more rye added to the mashbill + cassia bark, cocoa nibs, panela sugar and coconut water. Intricate, sweet and spicy.
2024 Original Stout
Crafted with only the best ingredients then aged in a mix of freshly emptied bourbon barrels from Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Four Roses and Wild Turkey distilleries. Barrel-aged for an average of 12 months this annual favorite boasts deeply developed flavors of fudge, vanilla and caramelized sugar.
