Pelican Cove is happy to partner with Camp Craft Cocktails from Jacksonville! Camp began with popsicles, a 1969 camper food truck, and a cross country road trip. After towing thousands of their handcrafted Bold City Pops in their vintage camper to the 2016 Desert Trip music festival, Suzanah Raffield and Rhonda Stringfellow knew they wanted to build even more community, so they deconstructed favorite popsicle recipes to pivot toward a shippable product. The concept of working in community was ignited during their years as camp staff, and Camp Craft Cocktails was born on I-10, with flavors that beg to be shared. The kits are made with locally sourced fruits, vegetables, and herbs, and each jar comes with a "How To Infuse" card.

Camp is more than cocktails—it’s a mission to build longer tables where everyone is welcome, and everyone belongs. “You can sit with us, and please share your story. We want slow sips and long talks.”

Pelican Cove carries the delicious flavors ‘Brunch Punch’ and ‘Tangerine Spritz’. Check them out in store today! Camp can also be used for mocktails, coffee, tea and more!

Trader Nicks Tea Co is a recent vendor in Pelican Cove from Florida residents husband and wife team Nick and Nicolette Spears. After over a decade of experience in the tea trade, they wanted to tap into their creative side and tell stories through tea. Taking inspiration from theme parks, movies, attractions, and more, they have artfully created unique tea blends to bring the magic home.

For many, tea is not just something you drink, it is an exploration for the senses. With the smells and tastes, tea is strongly connected to memory and can give you feelings of nostalgia. Playing off of those tea memories, Nick and Nic blend their teas with attention to detail making them as immersive as possible.

All of Trader Nicks Teas are completely unique from other tea shops. The teas are personally sourced, blended, and packed in their facility in Clearwater, Florida. Traders Nic & Nick continually taste their teas to ensure quality and consistency. All of their tea blends are made with whole leaf teas and herbs.

Meet Jennifer, the creative artist behind BOOKMARKS & BAUBLES. Her journey into the world of crafting began 20 years ago, learning the delicate art of wire bending and beadwork from her mother through the creation of beautiful rosaries. What started as a cherished family tradition evolved into a lifelong passion, and six years ago, Jennifer transformed that passion into a thriving business.

After moving to Cocoa Beach, she found herself captivated by the vibrant colors and stunning beauty of the sea and its inhabitants. Our coastal paradise inspired her jewelry designs.

Jennifer is also an avid reader, and her love for books led her to create charming bookmarks, one-of-a-kind Kindle charms, notecards, and cup sleeves, all meticulously crafted with wire bending and beadwork.

Jennifer collects shells that she transforms into her delightful Cocoa Beach Shell Angels. Each angel is a little piece of the beach, lovingly crafted to bring a touch of the seaside into your every day life.

We are thrilled to showcase the stunning acrylic paintings of Shannon and Jody, a talented mother-daughter duo. They discovered their passion for painting a few years ago as a way to spend quality time together. What started as a simple activity soon blossomed into a shared artistic journey, leading them to participate in various local art shows from Melbourne Beach to Cocoa Village. Their vibrant and expressive acrylic paintings capture the beauty and essence of our coastal surroundings.

For Shannon and Jody, painting isn't just a hobby, it's a way to bond and share their love for creativity with others. They find joy in every brushstroke, and their enthusiasm (and talent) is evident in every piece they create. At Pelican Cove, we are honored to provide a platform for them to showcase their work and connect with our community.
