Any last minute shoppers out there? The Livery on 260 has some great stocking stuffers and gifts! We also have a few fresh tamales left. 1 dozen chicken, 1 dozen red pork and 4 dozen sweet corn. They are delicious and will not last long.
We will close Saturday 12/23 at 2:00 and reopen Tuesday 12/26 at 10:00am.

Delicious and quick dinner idea - Tamale enchiladas
The Livery has fresh tamales and all the ingredients your would need for this scrumptious meal.

Tamale enchiladas recipe
Pour some enchilada sauce to cover the bottom of your pan.
Remove husks and line pan with tamales
Pour remaining enchilada sauce over tamales
Sprinkle with cheese
Cook on 350 until cheese is melted and bubbling
Ideas:

Chicken, green pork or sweet corn with green sauce
Beef or red pork with red sauce

Peach Season
There is nothing better than a sweet, juicy peach! The Livery would like to introduce you to the farm that makes peach season memorable! Chavez Farms produces beautiful, tasty peaches and a variety of other produce. Chavez and his crew work hard to harvest the peaches the day before and even sometimes the morning we pick them up. So the peaches are as fresh as if you picked them off the tree yourself.
The Livery on 260 will be making regular trips throughout September to make sure everyone gets peaches this year. We can only bring back so many at a time and the farmers harvest them as fast as they can for us.
We appreciate your understanding and patience. I am going down the list as quickly as I can. We have a few peaches and tomatoes left. We deeply apologize if you do not get your peaches this first trip. We will have another load next Saturday.
