Hey, friends! My name is Taylor Rather and I’m thrilled to share some exciting news that marks a bold new chapter in my life. After years of navigating the tech world, I’m trading in my keyboard for a butcher knife and bringing a slice of New York to Clarksville—a New York Butcher Shoppe!
For a long time, I found fulfillment in the tech industry, but I yearned for something more meaningful, something that truly connected me to my community. I wanted to create a space where people could gather, share stories, and enjoy high-quality meats crafted with care. So, I decided to take the plunge and follow my passion for butchery.
Imagine stepping into a shop filled with the savory aroma of freshly cured meats, artisanal sausages, and the sight of a perfectly aged steak. That’s the vision I have for the New York Butcher Shoppe! We’ll offer a wide selection of fresh, cut-to-order meats, including beef, pork, chicken, and lamb, as well as homemade sausages and marinated options. Plus, we’re excited to introduce a curated selection of fine wines, specialty cheeses, delicious prepared meals, and mouthwatering deli sandwiches to perfectly enhance your culinary adventures.
In addition to meats, wines, and cheeses, you can expect gourmet groceries—think delicious sauces, rubs, and sides that elevate every dish. We’ll also feature seasonal specialties and unique imports to inspire your cooking. I can’t wait to host classes, share recipes, and get to know all of you over a shared love of good food and drink!
