We have decided to list our building for sale in Clarion, IA. OUR BUSINESS WILL STILL BE OPERATIONAL UNTILL SOLD. Anyone who is interested please contact Carol Haupt @ Town & Country in Clarion. We are selling the building and lots which does have passive income coming in on a yearly basis. We would be up to selling the turn key business above the asking price of the building. We also would entertain if anyone would want to buy both locations Clarion & Livermore as properties or as a turn key business. Have you ever heard the saying “and this is why we can’t have nice things”?
So here we are again – after a post back in May we once again have violators. The lack of respect is astounding, not only at the brush pile location but in our parks and bathrooms. Many man hours are spent cleaning up after misuse and repairing damages from misconduct. Please be considerate
Let’s go BACK OVER May’s post:
The brush pile that Clarion provides to local citizens (located northwest of the street shed on 4th St SW) has been misused AGAIN. We would like residents to have access to the area at all times but if individuals continue to not follow the rules, we will have the area locked and will need an appointment (during business hours when personal is available) to discard and will be monitored.
Rules:
1) No plastic bags - take leaves, grass, and/or sticks out of bags and take bags home
2) No garbage, junk, rubbish, trash - NOTHING but yard waste is acceptable
3) Keep and/or push into existing pile- Do not make your own piles
4) Be kind - if there are multiple vehicles in the area wait patiently for your turn

Así que aquí estamos de nuevo: después de una publicación en mayo, una vez más tenemos infractores. Repasemos el post de mayo:
La pila de maleza que Clarion proporciona a los ciudadanos locales (ubicada al noroeste del cobertizo de la calle en 4th St SW) ha sido mal utilizada NUEVAMENTE. Nos gustaría que los residentes tengan acceso al área en todo momento, pero si las personas continúan sin seguir las reglas, tendremos el área bloqueada y necesitaremos una cita (durante el horario comercial cuando el personal esté disponible) para descartar y serán monitoreados.
Reglas:
1) No hay bolsas de plástico: saque las hojas, el césped y / o los palos de las bolsas y llévelas a casa
2) No hay basura, trastos, basura, basura: NADA más que desechos de jardín es aceptable
3) Mantenga y / o empuje en la pila existente: no haga sus propias pilas
4) Sea amable: si hay varios vehículos en el área, espere pacientemente su turno
