On behalf of Cibecue Trading Co, I'd like to thank Alta Machuse for volunteering to come in and help today. Also special thanks to Wayne Cole, my daughters Emily and Rose with Chris (Rose's boyfriend)-- they helped prep pizzas and wings. A special shout out to Rose and Chris, as they celebrated their birthdays today by helping out!

We had a few hiccups, but finished baking 38 pizzas and 600 wings in 6 hours, with two ovens.

Hope you all enjoyed the food. Thanks for your patience and for supporting Cibecue Trading Co !!

Based on the interest, we will be open for Superbowl Sunday, February 11, 2024! Store hours will be from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Pre-orders are highly recommended to ensure your order is completed. Pre-orders can be placed with Morey Cole at the Store. Pre-orders will need to be pre-paid in person. We do not accept phone orders!!! We accept CASH and all major credit cards.

Note: Pizzas take about 11-15 mins to bake, not including prepping. Wings take 20 mins to bake. This is why pre-ordering will ensure your order is completed on time. Otherwise, we will accept walk-in orders, but times to complete will depend on orders placed before you.

9 degrees on top of Cibecue Mountain. BIA 12 from Cibecue Jct to Cowboy Springs is Ice-Packed--No Snow Plows. Only a small portion of the road has cinders on the east side of Cibecue Mtn. Roads are slick...they will probably stay this way until this afternoon. Stay HOME! 4x4 with chains is recommended.

On another note, Cibecue Trading is open for business! We have limited supply of whole milk and more bananas! We also have breakfast pizzas, Pizza Combo (lg pep, 8 wings, 2 ltr Pepsi), Pepperoni or Supreme pizzas, and now Jumbo Corn Dogs!
