Two exciting announcements:

1️⃣ We've partnered with Whiskey Valor Foundation, a veteran-owned non-profit. 100% of profits from our special laser-engraved North British 35 will support their veteran initiatives.
2️⃣ We're importing 14 incredible new single casks, including some true unicorns like Bowmore 27 Year and Bowmore 38 Year!

By bringing together multiple independent bottlers under The Whiskey Lab, we're creating a pathway for these small-batch treasures that are typically too limited for traditional importers to handle.

What an incredible turnout for our Premiere Drams Tasting at ! We oversold tickets, had folks still showing up last-minute, and ended up cracking open an extra set of bottles to keep the pours flowing. It’s moments like this that remind me why I launched and our mission: “We fight for the consumer.”

We featured five pours from four brands—including our signature —covering everything from our origin story to the unique cask finishes behind each release. Best part? Guests could actually buy bottles of what they tasted right there at Jack Rose—talk about taking the experience home.
