We try the T.G.I.F, or, Thank God It's Fall, IPA from Evil Twin Brewing in NYC. This IPA tastes like walking through a forest or down a tree lined knoll as the autumn leaves fall around you. It's double dry hopped with Mosaic hops, a staple, AND Motueka hops from New Zealand! A true treat we don't usually see in IPAs here in the states. We tried Cheese Brothers El Diablo scorpion pepper Gouda! This Gouda is made with scorpion peppers from Trinidad (shoutout to our island queen, @rebaru !)
These are the 3rd (2nd) hottest pepper in the world. Wisconsin made Gouda plus this pepper results in a deliciously smoky and spicy experience. Kat did her best. @seanseaevans are you proud?
