Creyente Mezcal Artesanal.
Born from fire and oak, Creyente Cristalino Añejo begins its journey in the mineral-rich soils of the Valles Centrales and Sierra Sur regions of Oaxaca, Mexico. Only the finest Espadín and Cuishe agaves are handpicked at peak maturity, before being cooked in underground pit ovens using traditional methods. The perfectly roasted agave hearts are then crushed through the centuries-old custom of a using a tahona stone wheel. Following fermentation and a double distillation in copper pot stills, the resulting liquid is aged in new American oak casks for added complexity and exquisite taste. Prior to bottling, our artisanal mezcal undergoes a unique and proprietary filtration process, resulting in a final product of impeccable clarity and incomparable smoothness. This particular batch of Blanco from our 2023 release was made at extremely high sugar levels with extraordinary agave to start fermentation—more than double the level other distilleries work at. It was also fermented at incredibly low temperatures, roughly 1/3 the temperature of traditional tequilas. Next, we distilled the tequila and only captured the rarest part— the heart, discarding all the “heads and tails” that would normally be included in the batch. This tequila exemplifies the very essence of what our unique process can achieve, and we can’t wait to pour our heart into your glass

La fábrica Santa Rita donde se produce Caballito Cerrero fue fundada en el año de 1873, es una muestra de lo que entonces representaron los adelantos de la Revolución Industrial y el esfuerzo de Maximiano Hernández un hombre emprendedor y visionario que edificó una verdadera instalación industrial enclavada en la Barranca de Tecuane utilizando tanto elementos de modernidad, como los que la experiencia ancestral y que el lugar elegido le proporcionaban. La ubicación de Santa Rita es compleja y obedece a la proximidad con el manantial de agua natural mineral del que se abastece. Santa Rita, Patrona de los imposibles.

❤Mezcal lovers, these are for you❤Quiereme Mucho Mezcal Artesanal.
Quiereme Mucho Espadin is a mezcal that is traditionally produced and the agave is milled by hand. It has notes of leather, fresh green apples, and charred wood. It’s a good sipper and great mixer!
Quiereme Mucho Tobala is made with wild agave Tobala. This mezcal is traditionally produced, and the cooked agave are hand-crushed. It has a sweet, fruity aroma with tasting notes of ripe mango and fresh cinnamon. The bottle is hand-painted, so the design will vary.
Quiereme Mucho Mezcal Tepextate. This is a well Agave that it takes 19 to 25 years to reach its best. Complex and fresh, aromas of herbs and roots, floral and herbal on the palate, with earthy and sweet finish.
