For those looking for reasons to leave their hibernation this winter, all of our January & February classes are posted & available for purchase!

All listings can be found via , and there's something for everyone. From Soft & Fluffy to Spanish Rinds & Wines to Mountain Cheeses, all classes include a variety of cheeses to eat and lots of fun facts about cheese and the people who make it.

We'll also be teaming up with some of our fave bars & breweries across the city to pair up some cheese with their beverages. Find us at & among others!

Cheers to winding down 2024 with cheese!

While all catering orders must be submitted today for Tuesday, we'll be open from 11a-7p on 12/31 for retail shopping. Please keep in mind dine-in will be closed all day on Tuesday. We've got mongers ready to help you pair the perfect cheese for your bubbles.

Additionally, we'll be open tomorrow from 11a-9p for both retail shopping & dine-in, come say hi since we don't normally see y'all on Mondays!

Beautiful Rind is open today, 12/23, until 9 pm. We'll also be open on Christmas Eve from 9 am - 3 pm for retail shopping. We are closed on 12/25-12/26.

'Tis the weekend before Christmas and our shelves are stocked with care. Come on in and let one of our cheesemongers help you pick the perfect gift for the food lover in your life. In addition to the best cheese in Chicago, we've got a great selection of chocolate bars, tinned fish, and more.

Also, we will be open on Monday 12/23 from 11-9 and 12/24 from 9-3. Preorders for catering orders on those days must be completed by Saturday 12/21 so don't miss out!

Today is the day to stock up for Thanksgiving! We are open until until 9 pm today, Wednesday, Nov 27, and closed on Thanksgiving Day.

We've got all sorts of tasty cheese and other goodies to share with your friends and family. Isn't cheese better than Turkey anyway?

We've got a staff full of experts ready to give you the best recommendations and have you on your way with a bag of goodies in no time!

We've long been fans of them both and are so happy to see them winning on the world stage. We've also got a collection of other medal winners ready for your Thanksgiving spread. Come see us at the North Branch Holiday Market today from 3-8 pm! We've got great cheese and giftables all ready for you to get ahead in your holiday shopping. We are joined by some great fellow small business, tasty food, and even a beer truck. We are setup right beside the Edgebrook Metra Station. See ya there!

Thanksgiving catering boards are available to order for Wednesday, November 27th!

Advance orders are required, and we're offering pickup & delivery. The earlier you place your order, the more likely you are to get your desired time slot, so get those orders in! Orders must be placed online, which you can find via our website or Toast, and the deadline is Sunday 11/24.

Pictured above is an example of our classic Meats & 3 board, and there are more options to choose from online, including cheese only boards.
