Ever heard of pig wings? It's a new one to us too. These are small pork shanks trimmed up to expose a little handle. They're braised first to get them nice and tender then we crisp them up and toss them in our miso BBQ sauce with sesame and green onion...just like chicken wings but porkier.

Only available on our Monday wing night.

We’re getting some work done on some kitchen equipment today so no wings tonight. HOWEVER, 1st asparagus of the year from Godfrey’s in Suddlersville has got us pretty excited. Look for house-made fettuccine al limone w/ sweet asparagus.

No Prime Rib available for tonight so we brought in these beautiful kan-kan pork chops instead. Tenderloin with a rib and belly all in one. Definitely big enough to share.
