Pennsylvania’s COVID-19 Working Capital Access Plan has been released. This program applies to small businesses (100 employees or less) and offers loans of up to $100K with 0% interest. The program is administered through the local Certified Economic Development Unit (CEDO). The CEDO is network of economic development organizations, including the Delaware County Commerce Center.

Eagles Autism Challenge

As in the past, the Chester Business Association wishes to support the efforts of the Chester Upland District, the city's Workforce Development Office, and the Chester Education Foundation to prepare the youth for their future. This year a "Mock Interview Day and a "Career Day" will be held at each high school in Chester.

If you are able to volunteer your time to take students through the interview process and/or be a presenter at a career day, please respond to Eric Bayne at [email protected]. Here are the event dates/times:

Mock Interview (CHS): April 25th (9am-1pm)
Career Fair (CHS): May 8th (9am-1pm)

Mock Interview (STEM): May 1st (9am-1pm)
Career Fair (STEM): May 10th (9am-1pm & 3pm-5pm)
