Another fun new collaboration with Bourbon Street and the NJ Barrel Guild. Two different cask finished Kaiyo's, one is an Alligator charred Mizunara cask coming in at 110 proof and the other is a PX finish at 112 proof. Fantastic, unique Japanese whisky at a great price. Very small yield so grab them while you can.

There are no words to describe how grateful we are to see the power of community come together for such an amazing cause and an even more amazing woman. With the help of all of you, we raised $4,650.00 to donate to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation in Michelle's honor to help find a cure for this terrible disease. With every pour we are honoring her life and everyone fighting.
