This brewery out of Charlotte, North Carolina began in 2013 by a husband and wife duo and has since grown to be one of the biggest and most well-known breweries in the state. Our single barrel with Heaven’s Door is here! Heaven’s Door, out of Pleasureville KY, is a lineup of American whiskey and bourbons co-created with Bob Dylan. This single barrel is a cask strength featuring a mash bill of 78% corn, 13% rye, and 9% barley. Stop in Friday (6/14) from 5pm-7pm to sample this with us, alongside their Ascension Kentucky straight bourbon!

Surprise! We have collabed with local ice cream shop to make a limited release ice cream using our Imbibe single barrel from ! This delicious creation is a brown sugar ice cream base infused with lapsang tea, swirls of salted whiskey caramel, and whiskey pecan gingersnap bars.

Come see us in store tomorrow, Thursday (6/13) from 5pm-7pm to try it! The current Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery was founded by brothers Andy and Charlie Nelson, after they were introduced to their great-great-great grandfather’s tennessee whiskey made in the Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery of the 1800s. They now are producing a variety of bourbons and whiskeys, including a Green Brier Tennessee Whiskey that is the same recipe their ancestors used! This Saturday (5/18) from 2pm-4pm we will be sampling Victory Brewing! This Pennsylvania brewery has been operating for almost 30 years, with their doors first opening in 1996. On Saturday we will be sampling three brews from their “Victory Monkey”lineup; the Golden Monkey, Juicy Monkey, and Sour Monkey! These high gravity beers are delicious and perfect for the summer time. Come try them with us!

This Friday’s (5/17) spirit tasting from 5pm-7pm will be with ! Bhakta 1928 is a rye whiskey blended with calvados and multiple armagnac vintages, including some as old as from 1928. Bhakta 27-07 is an armagnac and calvados blend brandy, with a 27 and 7 year age respectively. Bhakta prides themselves on their use of rare and exquisite spirits and blending techniques; and these are not bottles you want to miss out on trying! Come see us Friday night!

Our single barrel from Chattanooga Whiskey has arrived! We are very excited to get to work with local again and share with you this fantastic bottle. Join us this Friday (5/10) from 5pm-7pm for a tasting with ! This Massachusetts based distillery, founded by Andrew Cabot with inspiration from his ancestor who was an American privateer in the revolutionary war, produces rum that is for the rum lover and bourbon drinker alike! We will have three of their bottles open on Friday, including their barrel aged “Navy Yard”, 4 year aged “The Queen’s Share”, and their Bottled-in-Bond.

We are also going to be pouring our brand new Privateer Imbibe Private Barrel! This bottle from their “Letter of Marque” single barrel collection is aged for 4 years and 11 months in New American Oak barrels, sitting at 115.8 proof. We are very excited to add a rum to our single barrel lineup, and can’t wait for you to try it on Friday!

This Thursday (5/9) from 4pm-7pm we will be sampling some really delicious and interesting spirits! This lineup includes Nixta Licor de Elote, a Mexican corn liqueur made from ancestral Cacahuazintle sweet corn. We also will have Abasolo, a Mexican whiskey made from that same Cacahuazintle corn. Lastly is a product that is a first of its kind, Contraluz Cristalino Mezcal. Come see us tomorrow to give these Mexican spirits a try!
