The most recent project of Josh Carter, Imbibe, a wine, spirits, beer store, seeks to continue the excellent service and deep knowledge of drink offered at St. The store offers frequent samples, twenty beers on tap, demonstrations of craft cocktails, and gifts for every occasion. Located conveniently downtown, employees, lead by GM Brian Leutwiler, will always be ready to help you find the best of your favorite drinks.

Join us this Friday, February 7th from 5-7pm, as we crack open some fantastic bottles from our friends over at St. George Spirits! Whether you’d like something refreshing for your glass with their California Citrus vodka and their newly released Valley Gin, or spice up your senses with a spiced pear liqueur, St. George’s offerings will not disappoint! So come on out to see us, have a sip, and see what St. George is all about!

This is an exciting wine tasting as we currently do not stock any of the featured wines...but we very well could dependent on your interest!

What exactly is “natural wine”?
There’s much debate around the category/name... but boiled down to what is agreed upon: Natural Wine is free of (meaning no!) added sugar, added acid, added water, commercial yeast strains, and typically minimizes Sulfite (SO2) preservatives and filtration. These wines also usually benefit from organic, biodynamic, or sustainable farming practices. Come taste this fantastic lineup!

Saturday Wine Tasting 2-5pm EST
This weekend we hope you join as we taste through a few offerings from Recchia -- Italian winemakers since 1906.
Located West of Venice in Negrar di Valpolicella, a beautiful Northern Italian DOC, the Recchia family makes delicious, rich wines made from blends of many native grapes, like Corvina and Rondinella. These wines favor a richer, sweeter palate due to the unique winemaking process of slightly drying out the grapes on wicker mats before pressing.

🎊 IMBIBE NEW YEAR RARE BOTTLE RAFFLE 🎊

We are pleased to announce the upcoming commencement of our yearly whiskey raffle (STARTING JAN 17th) to welcome in the New Year! Whether you love whiskey, know someone who loves whiskey, or love collecting whiskeys, this is a fun and exciting event for those looking for the opportunity to get those highly sought after whiskeys! See the Terms of Entry below for more information or come to our shop and ask one of our lovely associates for more information!

TERMS OF ENTRY:
Any visit to Imbibe between the dates of January 17th, 2025 and January 24nd, 2025 will earn one entry for the right-to-buy raffle, with a limit of one entry per person per day. Every entrant will be able to earn a maximum of 8 entries. To enter, request an entry ticket at the register. We will not be accepting phone-in entries or entries for anyone other than who is present in the store.

Names will be drawn on January 25nd, at 6pm. Must be present in store at time of drawing to win. If an entrant’s name is drawn twice, they will be able to win no more than one Grand Prize Bottle. Entrants will be able to win a maximum of one Grand Prize Bottle and one Additional Prize Bottle.

There is no cost to participate. As a thank you to all who are participating, we are offering 10% off all store picks (unless already marked down to state minimum) for the entirety of the raffle week. Ask an associate for a sample if there is one you’d like to try!

Leitz Alcohol Removed Wines

In the early 1900’s, German winemaker Johannes Leitz was given the first patent for innovating a process that removed alcohol from wine using a vacuum and low heat.  They make legitimate wine then remove the alcohol after the fact.  The result is a non-alcoholic alternative that resemble the alcoholic progenitor.  If you’re going dry this January, this tasting is friendly to you!  Cheers!
