CHÂTEAU MARIS ROSE DE NYMPHE ÉMUE -On the nose, fresh, mineral notes balance notes of maraschino cherries, apricots, eucalyptus, and raspberry brambles. The wine’s roundness is driven by a lovely acidity. Flavors of tart fruit on the finish. This is a dry, berried wine that pairs beautifully with a plate of prosciutto and ripe summer tomatoes. The winemaking process respects the principles of Biodynamics, with minimal intervention.

WEINGUT PITTNAUER ROSE KONIG - Fresh and bright with red raspberry, juicy ripe watermelon, thirst quenching salinity and crushed rocks with nice weight to it. A perfect pairing for the park or sunshine! We love this wine!!

Domaine de Sulauze Pomponette Rosé 2023 - Biodynamically-farmed and absolutely delicious, this refreshing, dry Provençal rosé displays aromas and flavors of blood orange, fresh strawberries, hints of lavender, and a cool, mineral-driven finish. Small production means it won’t last long!

Sferra Rosso - A juicy crusher from central Italy. This wine is freshy freshy glou glou juice! Dry, chillable red with notes of ripe strawberries, candied red fruit, red apple skin. It goes down a little too easy, so two bottles is suggested!

Yves Duport Le Marginal 2022 - Marginal is a light red blend of 75% Mondeuse and 25% Jacquere grown biodynamically in the Savoie region by fourth generation winemakers. The grapes are fermented in stainless steel, with a gentle maceration of the Mondeuse to soften the tannins and bring forward bright fruit flavors. Tart yet approachable, with notes of granite, fresh cherries and strawberries. Best served chilled.

GLOW GLOW SPÄTBURGUNDER 2022 Mark the 2022 vintage as THE benchmark for Glow Glow Spätburgunder. This comes from the single vineyard Mandeler Dellchen, 75% is carbonically macerated, with the other portion destemmed and skin fermented for a week before all being pressed together into large old oak fuders. This is a super light and juicy red wine with notes of sour cherries, cranberries and a slightly spicy finish. German Beaujolais style with a tiny serious touch from the oak barrel. Perfect balance. Drink with a slight chill!

Isabella & Bruno Perraud Saint-Amour Rouge 2022. Saint Amour is one of the smallest appellations in Beaujolais.The grapes are 100% Gamay, grown organically and Demeter certified in granite soil, fermented semi-carbonic and vinified without fining, filtering or added sulfur. Gamay produces light, fresh and floral red wines, similar in style to Pinot Noir. This is a light bodied wine with bright fruit and an earthy, fruity minerality.

Franchere Wine Co. “Cascadia” Willamette Valley Red Blend 2022 An unlikely blend of 92% PINOT NOIR | 4% PINOT GRIS | 3% SYRAH | 1% GAMAY, the wine shows a whimsical perfume from co-fermentation, and 9 months of aging in neutral oak and stainless-steel tanks. Maraschino cherries and chocolate cherry cordials are contrasted by woodsy notes, stems and herbs. The palate zigs & zags through a soft and fresh mid-palate, to lively acid and a lengthy finish.

Thibault Ducroux Morgon 2021 - Farmed organically from a single parcel of the well-known vineyard site in Morgon called Corcelette: Ducroux’s piece is of 50 year-old vines on granite and schist. First vintage of this wine, as Ducroux just began working with it this past year! Concentrated, deep, and mineral, with darker fruit: a great example of the seriousness of cru Beaujolais, a wine to watch in further vintages down the line, too.

Paolo Cali Frappato - Here’s a supple, juicy, easygoing red that seriously outperforms its price point, from the windswept, hot plain of the Vittoria zone in southeastern Sicily. This is the land of orange orchards, ancient towns, and vibrant history, and this wine’s assertive aromas of fresh red berries and exotic herbs make it the perfect accompaniment for a simple weeknight red sauce.

Francois Villard l’Appel des Sereines Syrah 2021. This wine strikes a nice harmony between red fruit notes and spicy earth, classic Northern Rhône. The Sereines is 100% Syrah from younger vines across several villages, all with granite soil. A combination of whole cluster fermentation and aging in steel and neutral oak are used to maintain the fruits vibrant floral aromatics and fresh fruit notes. Lively and complex, with notes of black and blueberries, woodsmoke, black pepper, and allspice. Drinks well above its price! Farmed organically.

2021 Gauthier Jour de Soif Bourgueil - People who love Loire Valley Cabernet Francs tend to love them absolutely, and this is a bottle that has all of our resident Franc-ophiles aswoon. It has this wonderful spicy character; think roasted red peppers, black cherries — and it’s so *balanced.* As is most often the case with a great bistro Cab Franc, the alcohol here doesn’t even hit 13%. Always delicious, displaying dark fruit, soft tannins, refreshing finish, good mineral component. This is great quaffing wine.
