This DOC is greatly influenced by one of the largest, active volcanoes in Europe and produces delicious wines, unique to the region. Stop by between 4-7pm for a special tasting of Amarone della Valpolicella! Typically known just as Amarone, it is an Italian DOCG that produces rich, enveloping red wines made from a blend of varietals that are partially dried for around 120 days before being pressed and fermented. We will pour these lovely examples Tenuta Sant’Antonio Famiglia Castagnedi Tenuta Sant’Antonio Famiglia Castagnedi 2018 and Remo Farina Montefante Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Riserva 2016.

England’s wine producing region is on the rise producing sparkling wines made in the traditional method using many of the same varietals as in Champagne. We will pour Rathfinny Wine Estate Brut Classic Cuvee, Simpsons Wine Estate Blanc De Noirs Flint Fields Classic and Wiston Estate South Downs Cuvee Brut.
