I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all our guests for the continued support of Madv**es!

Today, it brings me great joy to inform you that we have submitted 105 PMTA applications with the FDA. This milestone is a testament of our commitment to provide you with top-of-the-line liquids in terms of flavor, quality of ingredients, and chemical/manufacturing standards.

This journey has been wonderful with all its successes and challenges. Today, we have become the largest specialty v**e retailer in the US with 120 locations operating under several regional brands. We have been successful in remaining a good steward of the industry and setting a good example to regulators by investing in research that shows the efficacy of va**ng in reducing smoking rates, as well as, proposing reasonable regulations to ensure that adult smokers have access to v***r products. We also developed solutions to limit youth access and ensured that the products in our stores have been vetted and are up to our standard.

I greatly appreciate your patience with us during this journey. I am sure that having your ID scanned every time can be an inconvenience. Similarly, I understand that sometimes you seek certain products that we would not carry. I hope you understand that we have been doing all of this to protect you and the reputation of the industry and to do our part in ensuring its survival against the continued attacks from anti-v**e zealots. Although I know that some of these steps are inconvenient to our guests and detrimental in the short term, knowing that we are contributing to the survival and growth of the industry always took precedent over short term business gains.
