-Williamette Valley Double IPA
Willamette Valley is a new collaboration with (Wellington, NZ), in the tradition of previous collaborations like Sunrise Valley and Mātakitaki Valley, which was brewed to showcase select hops that reflected the unique terroirs of their growing region. This new release showcases a blend of Strata, Audacia, and Luminosa hops from Alluvial Hop Farm (Independence, OR) which impart notes of passion fruit, pomegranate, and peach-mango lemonade. 8% ABV
Arnold Arboretum IPA
Located on a 281-preserve between Jamaica Plain and Roslindale, the Arnold Arboretum of Harvard University is truly a living museum. With a focus on the floras of eastern North America and eastern Asia, this beautiful park is free and open daily to those of all ages.
Pouring a rich, golden yellow with a warm and inviting haze, Arnold Arboretum’s Citra/Galaxy hop bill offers an array of citrus-meets-stone fruit aromas that we know and love. Navel orange peel, sweet canned peach, apricot nectar, and pineapple gummies weave in and out throughout each sip. Never leaning too hard in the direction of sweetness or bitterness, Arnold Arboretum boasts a soft mouthfeel and medium body. 7% ABV.
DDH The Fens IPA
The Emerald Necklace series tells a foundational piece of the Trillium Brewing story. If you’ve visited our home of Boston, you’ve likely encountered and enjoyed a section of the Emerald Necklace. Beginning downtown at the Boston Common and Public Garden, extending out to Back Bay, and all the way to Dorchester, this 1,100 acre, seven-mile-long public park system is a cherished green oasis in the heart of the city.
Hopped with the incredibly vibrant and aromatic duo of Mosaic and Galaxy, this beer is profoundly tropical. Intense notes of fresh stone fruit, mango juice, pineapple, and pine dance across the palate. Pillowy soft with a creamy mouthfeel and dry finish, DDH The Fens is a joy to drink. 7% ABV.
